David’s vast knowledge and experience are helping propel the business to new heights.

Stuart is a beauty industry expert with over 20 years experience creating and building successful international brands for Fortune 500 companies such as L’Oreal, Avon and Coty. Having worked in every beauty category and distribution channel, Stuart was eager to start his own business and apply his broad industry knowledge, insights and entrepreneurial spirit.

Jen Denton
Founder & Advisor

One of blow’s original founders, Jen first sharpened her entrepreneurial skills alongside her restaurateur husband. Opening the country's first blow dry bar was a natural endeavor. Building a strong company culture and elevating the client experience has been Jen's passion and focus. Currently Jen acts as an advisor on the retail side of the business and lives in the West Village with her husband and two boys.

Julie Flakstad
Founder & Advisor

Julie is one of the original founders of blow. Following her dream of starting a business, Julie helped build the brand from the ground up. With an MBA from Columbia Business School, Julie has held a variety of marketing & strategy positions for companies in the US & Europe including American Express, Telenor and IBM. Today, Julie advises on Blow's brand strategy as well as the Company's creative and marketing efforts. She lives in Old Greenwich, CT with her husband and two children.
