blowpro products are always available at www.blowpro.com. For store listings and locations near you, please visit our store locator.

Q: What is your shipping policy?
Blowpro.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) All orders are subject to authorization. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid street address. Please note that certain items require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment (i.e. ground shipping) for these items is dictated by these regulations. Therefore, some items cannot be shipped outside the continental 48 states.

Q: What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, blowpro.com will gladly take back the products for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. If returning for a refund, only the credit card used in the purchase can be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that only blowpro.com orders may be returned for refund or exchange. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Q: What is the shelf life of blowpro products?
blowpro products are guaranteed for 2 years.

Q: How do I locate a product on the site?
Our products are listed by regimen to give you optimal blow dry results.  Locate which regimen the desired product falls under to purchase the product, or simply search for the product in the search bar on the top right of the page.

Q: Are blowpro products tested on animals?
While there are strong diverse opinions on animal testing and the development of new products, blowpro products are never tested on animals. Consumer well-being and safety are equivalently valuable to us, so our products go through a vigorous and approved testing process in our facilities.

Q: What does sulfate free mean?
Sulfates are detergents in shampoos used to create foam or lather that can dry out hair, fade color and cause an itchy- dry scalp.

Q: Is it normal for the shampoo to have a low lather?
Yes, typically shampoos that are free of sulfates tend to have a lower lather, but are more beneficial for the hair follicle which helps produce stronger, healthier hair.

Q: I have dark brown hair; will Faux Dry be visible in my hair?
Our dry shampoo, Faux Dry is specially formulated to invisibly blend into any hair color, while removing excess oil and buildup. Because the formula is fine milled, be sure to massage the scalp after application so ensure blending.  Look to our illustration directions on the pack of the packaging.

Q: What are parabens?
Parabens are chemical preservatives used in hair and cosmetics products to prevent bacteria. blowpro uses only natural preservatives that won’t put you at risk and will give you noticeably healthier hair.

 Q: What is a copolymer system?
A copolymer is an agent that thickens the width of your hair shaft giving you added fullness and volume.

Q: How much product should I use?
The amount of product usage depends of the thickness and length of your hair. Please look to the specific directions on our product packaging.

Q: What is the phytokeratin complex?
The phytokeratin complex is a keratin alternative consisting of soy, wheat and corn proteins that strengthen and condition hair to maintain moisture balance while providing shine and bounce.

Q: Can I combine different blowpro products? Which ones work together?
We recommend that you “cocktail” products because they are specially designed to work together to give you  a better blow out. For more ideas on which products to use together check out our how to section on our website.

Q: Which products are safe for color treated hair? What about extensions?
All blowpro products are safe to use on colored treated and extension applied hair.  Our products are extra gentile and free of harsh cleansing agents, that can fade color and strip hair of any chemical services performed (eg. keratin smoothing, perms, etc.)

When You Browse Our Site
For each visitor to BLOWPRO.COM, our web server records only the consumer’s domain name, but not the email address. We also collect aggregate information on what pages consumers visit.
